A r eally nice custom T5. It might not be big by North America n standards, but over here it looks massive by comparison . Just a c ool vehicle that reminds me of the Ford E350 Centurion.

Importing an F-250 to the EU is probably not the easiest process

T
here are companies doing it. Whether you want to pay the price is a different matter of course...
This was just 1.5 minutes of searching:

Not sure about mainland Europe, but not an issue here in the U.K.
Buy the vehicle, stick it in a container or roll on/roll off ferry with the relevant paperwork, once landed in the U.K. get it inspected by VOSA (vehicle inspectorate) to ensure it applies to to U.K. road laws such as rear foglight, fit seatbelts if not present, ensure the vehicle applies to other U.K. lighting regs such as headlamp beam direction, rear light are separated (not U.S. style brake light/tail light/indicator) as the indicator/hazard lights have to be separate from tail and brake lights. They inspect it for emissions, then get it registered for the road with the DVLC (U.K. DMV), pay your tax, road fund licence and registration and off you go.
Some places in the U.K. will do all that for you.
In Germany it's a bit harder as a Polish friend in Germany had a PITA to get his Mercedes R Class registered in Germany as that specific model and engine was never sold in Germany.

That is, um, it’s a thing. I kind of like it but I don’t understand the need for it. You could just have a trailer and a smaller van or a small double cab pickup with a bed extender for much less, but the taxes on that have to be less than the ‘murica tax over there (displacement).

I’m pretty sure the pic was made in Canada. The ad I linked to implies that the car will be imported once a deal is sealed.

Aw it’s more boring that way. You can see 1 50 F150s in a row anywhere in the us and canada but elsewhere that much more impressive.

As the owner of a dual cab T4...I would never do this to it. The flat bed tray is far more practical. Especially since the side panels are usually GRP in these conversion kits.

The ‘murica tax on a work vehicle is more related to the impossible running costs of stock American trucks. You’d need an LPG conversion to make it doable, which costs a few thousand. You also need space for the large extra LPG fuel tank, which is space that is deducted from your bed. That, or you
should only drive it rather few kms a year.
Then you’ll need to live with the reduced usability (for most but not all usage) of the American style work vehicle compared to a European style work vehicle. Like the high load height, the fixed sides of the bed and/or the lack of a roof over the bed.
Registering one for private use might also include some steep taxes due to the huge and high emission engines, but why would you want to use a work vehicle privately?
American and American style trucks in Europe are niche vehicles for people who like American trucks. They don’t tend to be bought for rational reasons.

Well I was really thinking more something like this and a medium sized trailer :
I suppose the deep bed and low lift over would make the converted van an attractive possibility but it seems like the cost of conversion would negate the savings. Or even tow a trailer with a van if it is a diesel.
